We are always looking for conscientious professionals who enjoy working with people. If you can imagine how excited you would be to receive a call letting you know there is money waiting for you to claim, you have a sense of what we do. Naturally, our calls are often met with great skepticism, so we are looking for people with strong communication skills to help people understand that Global Discoveries is a legitimate and trusted professional firm. After the initial call, you will follow through with the authorization process and manage the claims process to completion.

Claims often take several months and sometimes years to be paid. During the process, you will stay in contact with the individual, company or nonprofit client, answering questions and providing updates on the status of their claims. Experience in asset recovery is highly desirable, though we are willing to train skilled professionals from other fields. Most of our claims managers work onsite at our Modesto, California headquarters, but remote positions are available for highly qualified individuals.

In addition to claims managers positions, we occasionally have administrative, skip tracing – research, private investigator, genealogist and Information Technology positions available.
